Motivating Full-Body Stretch.
This is a great addition to my workout room. I Have a stationary bike, treadmill and weights already so this is an added plus.. I just turned 50 and I needed something that would motivate me to get back into exercising regularly again the other machines (bike, treadmill) were getting boring this Pilates machine gave me the stretch and flexibility I was looking for. -

I take private reformer pilates lessons and can only afford them once a week but with this machine I can almost duplicate my workouts from the studio at home. It looked a lot like my therapy routine
It took me about 20 minutes to get it together. Simple to set up. Injuring my back years ago prevented me from carrying mail, going to physical therapy, the one thing I was told I need to do is stretch and to do things that would help strengthen my core. I tried yoga but did not stay with it. Added weight has made it very hard to do anything now. I was encouraged by watching the way it was demonstrated, it looked a lot like my therapy routine years ago. I love it.!!!!!!! -

Awesome Home Reformer
I have spent lots of $$ on exercise equipment throughout the years, only to scrap them. One that I've kept and use occasionally is an old pilates machine. I decided to update to this one cause it has the elevation and cardio attachment. I'm so glad I did. The pilates work out gives you a great overall work out and the cardio work out is awesome! I look forward to using it. My husband uses it too.
